Over 20 years across EMEA, the Americas, CIS, and Southeast Asia, working inside complex international businesses shaped by concentrated ownership, listed and privately held structures, and majority shareholder environments. My background spans commercial strategy, operational transformation, M&A integration, capital markets, quality and regulatory affairs, and supply chain restructuring.

I work where commercial ambition, operating constraints, regulatory pressure, supply chain complexity, and organisational realities have to line up. That includes growth programs, post-merger integration, operating model change, channel and pricing redesign, regulatory and quality system strengthening, and stakeholder environments where trust, control, and performance all matter.

My track record includes supporting revenue growth from $3B to $12B across nitrogen, phosphate, potash, mining, and specialty chemicals; contributing to $3.5B+ in bond and syndicated financing; leading cross-border integration and continuity work across Europe, the Americas, CIS, and Asia; and managing EU FPR, REACH, EUDR, and sanctions-related requirements at enterprise scale.

More recently, I helped take a biodiversity-focused agroforestry certification and supply-chain initiative from internal pilot and fragmented documentation into a structured certification and traceability system, with farm management standards, chain-of-custody architecture, and a global multi-actor framework spanning supply-chain participants, government engagement, and strategic development.

I am particularly interested in the next phase of industrial transformation, where AI strengthens decision-making, evidence, traceability, quality, regulatory control, and commercial execution in complex physical-world businesses.
